1. Acceptance of Terms

SwiftByte Labs provides web development, digital marketing, AI automation and custom software services. The specific scope, deliverables and timeline of any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and any materials reasonably required for us to deliver the agreed services.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees, payment schedules and terms are set out in each project proposal. Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you, except for third-party components and our pre-existing tools, which remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during an engagement and to use it only for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, our services are provided "as is" without further warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as described in the applicable proposal. Fees for work completed up to termination remain payable.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
